I recently hosted a large golf competition at Launceston Golf Club. From the initial enquiry to the end of the tournament day, I had nothing but kind and supportive help from all sections of the club, from secretary caterers and the professional alike. Launceston boasts numerous Primary Schools, a Secondary College, Leisure Centre and an 18 hole Golf Course. Excellent transport links can be found in the cathedral city of Exeter by road, rail and air (Exeter International Airport), approx 44 miles from Launceston.
